*This recipe was shared with us from a customer, Elaine Schenk. Each season she uses our sweet corn which makes it taste amazing!
1. Mix together in a roasting pan:
-9 cups of sweet corn; cut off the cob. (approximately 1 dozen)
-1-1 1/2 cups of whipping cream
-1/2 lb of butter
-1 tbsp salt
-pepper to taste
-NO SUGAR is necessary with our sweet corn
2. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 45 minutes. Stir several times througout.
3. Let it cool completely before freezing. Freeze in bags or containers.
4. Enjoy all winter and spring until the season begins again.
