Creamed Sweet Corn - Freezer-Friendly

This recipe was shared with us from a customer, Elaine Schenk.  Each season she uses our sweet corn which makes it taste amazing!
Ingredients:
  • 9 cups of McGregor's sweet corn (approximately one dozen)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream
  • 1/2 pound of butter
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • NO SUGAR necessary with our sweet corn

 

 

 

How to Make:

1.  Mix together in a roasting pan all ingredients
2.  Bake at 350 degrees covered for 45 minutes.  Stir several times througout
3.  Let it cool completely before freezing.  Freeze in bags or containers
4.  Enjoy all winter and spring until the season begins again!
