Thank you for considering an employment opportunity with us. We are a seasonal, family farm business, working from May to October growing and selling locally produced fruits and vegetables.

Our busiest time is from June to the beginning of September (Labour Day Weekend) with weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday including holidays) requiring the greatest number of staff during the season.

We have numerous Farm Market Stands across the Ottawa Valley selling our own produce that we grow. At our home Farm Stand we also have pick-your-own fields for strawberries and raspberries. We pride ourselves on selling fresh and tasty food along with providing excellent customer service!

We are looking for responsible, friendly, and motivated employees who are capable of working for the whole summer season. We provide employment into the fall months.

Available Positions

  • Sales Position

    This position includes working at one of our many Satellite Market locations, the Farm Stand, and at any of the Farmers' Markets we attend. Employees must be able to work independently and efficiently with a friendly and respectful manner. Responsibilities include setting up displays to sell fruits and vegetables, cash-handling, taking inventory and dismantling displays at the end of the day. Heavy lifting (25kg) is required as well as being prepared for any type of weather. This position requires a valid driver's licence with a clean driving record. Additionally, throughout the season sales personnel assist in the field tasks at McGregor's Produce, providing a greater understanding of how fruits and vegetables are grown.  In addition to summer employment, we also have employment in the fall until Thanksgiving for applicants that are available.

  • Field Labour Position

    Field tasks include planting, weeding and harvesting fruits and vegetables as well as farm maintenance. It requires working outdoors in all elements of weather including pollen-filled environments. Applicants must be prepared for strenuous, physical work and have the ability to lift up to 25 kg of weight and be at least 17 years old.
